Booking requests

Submitting the booking form or asking our assistant to book you creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm a time. Prices shown are for the service as described and may change if the work needed turns out to be different once we see the vehicle.

Text messages

Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reply to any of our text messages or call us.

Assistant

Our site includes an automated assistant that can answer questions and take booking requests. It works from the information Baystack Demo Shop has provided. If it cannot answer something, it passes the question to us rather than guessing.
